Our service technicians are trained to service most makes of commercial refrigeration equipment. We specialize in servicing Manitowoc, Scotsman and Hoshizaki ice machines; True and Master-Bilt refrigerators; and most models of walk-in refrigerators and freezers. We also service fountain drink systems for convenience stores and restaurants.

We service ice makers and commercial refrigerators and freezers in Hunt, Collin, Hopkins, Rains, Kaufman, Rockwall and Dallas Counties in Northeast Texas.

Our Service Staff

Our Senior Service Technician is Roger McCracken. Roger recently relocated to the Greenville area from Azle, Texas, and has over 22 years experience in commercial refrigeration. Roger’s extensive experience ranges from large grocery store rack systems to small under counter food service refrigeration systems and all types of ice makers; this makes him an asset to Horton Commercial Refrigeration, Inc.

 

 

Pam Freeman is our Service Manager/Bookkeeper. Pam was a Corporate and Association Meeting Planner for 12 years before moving from Dallas to Greenville. She worked for Meeting Professionals International and Parker College of Chiropractic where she traveled extensively planning Corporate and Association conferences and conventions. She has an accounting background with an emphasis on customer service in every position she has held. She has been a member of ASAE, NAFE and MPI. She is in charge of the service calls and dispatching of our service technicians. She can help with any questions that you may have in regards to your account.

Just want to express a sincere THANK YOU to James, David and their Crews for a job well done at Austin Elementary and Coppell Middle School East today. They started pulling out the old equipment yesterday and informed me they would be finished with the new installation by Tuesday evening.They could have not been more correct! On a personal note, I had scheduled this Wednesday off for vacation, but my boss informed me that I could take that day only if the installation was complete.
